Newport Yacht Club Lightning Fleet

I'm thinking this might be a good way of allowing skippers who are looking for crew, and potential crew to find skippers if they want to participate in thursday night racing with the club. Hopefully we can build contact lists, so when someone needs a sub they will easily find someone and we will end up with more boats on the starting line, and include more of the community in sailing at NYC - should be a win-win!
